Was great, now buggy as hell

Wont even let me report a bug!

When I start a project and then press the layers arrow it says "applying changes" and pops off the menu.
It does this about 3 times at least before the menu stabilises and it stays so I can choose an option.

Also the photo option does this,
So if I want to add a photo as a layer, I less the photo button,
It says "applying changes" and menu pops away,
I have to do this at least 3 times, and once as many as 5 times.

Every button bugs out, and option soften dont stick.
So kind of useless these days.
