Crashes on start

Crashes on iPhone 4S. Emailed support and got no response.

Impressive Features

This program is the iPad photoshop equivalent. So many features to discover where you can just do about anything to a photo on your iPad.

The best so far

I have over four dozen photo apps. This one is by far the best one and the first "wow" app after buying and playing with it. Well worth the money.

A favourite....

One of my favourite photo editing apps.

WoW ... +++

I am easily giving five stars to this app. I am not a pro and learn by myself. Well, with this app. I can do whatever I want, even better. It is very intuitive, this is important to me. I just enjoyed trying it for half an hour and cant wait using it again and again, love it very much as this is the best of all !!! Thanks to the conceptors, you are genious! P.S. Cette application est géniale, nhésitez-pas à la télécharger, vous allez ladorer.

Lots of features but comes out short

Problems: - some photos wont open - cant access events in the photo library - very laggy with brush tools - random crashing It looks nice but unless the issues above are fixed, its almost useless.

In the top few best

I used to think laminar was the best of the best. But not anymore. It is still great but I am very disappointed to not see any updates for so very long. I always wondered why the lowest layer could not be moved in the stack. I guess it has to do with the way the app was written and to change it would require major work. Too bad because that is one of the things that keeps me using Leonardo. Come on Mr developer, wake up and go to your Mac and start coding for laminar. I, for one, will be very happy to see a new version. If you manage to change that thing mentioned above, I will be back using Laminar with a big grin.

Close to Perfect. Close

Alright. Lets get this out of the way: Anyone who was fussed about the switch from Iris to Laminar most likely didnt spend enough time experimenting with all the new improvements the developers clearly worked very hard to realize. Despite the confusion of naming and platform disparities, we were given a much upgraded product. The developers were even quick to listen to implement user recommended improvements. What we have now is a close to perfect image editor that has soon risen to the top of my camera bag with power in many areas like masking and lighting effects superior to the other big boys. But I do say, close. Here are my gripes. Strangely, the iPhone version is more powerful, with a more pleasing UI. The iPhone version can resize up, whilst the cluttered iPad cannot. To the developers, identical tools across both platforms would be greatly appreciated as myself and Im certain many others perform edits on their multiple devices where consistency should be expected. The iPad has more real estate, but it need not be cluttered with histograms and other tech that would be better served toggled on/off in settings for a cleaner UI. One last thing. If I didnt enjoy using Laminar, I wouldnt be writing a review. However, one element must be sorted out. The Lighting Engine would be a master class if it were possible to toggle off/on the massively obtrusive crosshairs that hide the very areas youre trying to edit. At present, much work done here is pure guesswork with the results apparent only after application. If only one thing could be improved, I cross my fingers to kill the crosshairs. The newly released Photoshop Touch for iPad has upped the game in smooth, clean photo editing. That being said, I find Laminar still bests PST in many areas that are more than worth the price. Laminar has taken a permanent seat in my go-to camera bag alongside all our favorites. I sincerely hope the developers continue to listen to our advice and make Laminar better. Not the Nearly Man of photo editing.

Best photo app

Turkish please

Its really good but to use more effective Turkish language please

The world is a better place with this app.

Git

Very good!

Awesome application both for those who want precise control over the editing process and those who want cool instant effects. Layers, RGB curves, masks, blending modes, automatic photo correction — its like mini Photoshop. Lots of instant artistic filters and they are really good.

please make the Russian language

please make the Russian language!

Best ever photo editor

5 stars.

Better than photoshop touch

I love photoshop touch but it has a lot of probl working with big original jpeg files from my eos. It crash. Laminar work with my original eos jpeg without problems and save files in original quality. OK++++

Annoying effects in UI

The user interface is a bit old school and the effects of all menus and popups are very annoying.

Needs an update

I used to really like this app. But I have had too many crashes and other problems. Seems like the developer has abandoned this app.

no longer works

This app doesnt work on iOS 9. The photos all show up as blank, as do the canvases, and there is no way to edit anything.

Not being updated

And thats a shame. Had lots of good features.

Full features editor, needs tutorials.

Full features photo editor, would give it all 5, but tutorials do not cover features adequately to be able to use all it can do.
